- Share your brief. Tell us the property type, suburb, floor plan, rooms, target date, budget and whether delivery or installation is required.
- Receive a tailored proposal. We recommend a furniture direction, product selection and estimated delivery approach based on confirmed availability.
- Confirm your selection. Once the scope and quotation are approved, we confirm stock, delivery requirements and installation details.
- Deliver and set up. We coordinate the agreed delivery and, where selected and available, installation or White Glove service.
Availability, lead times, delivery areas, installation and any styling support are confirmed in your written proposal. Please do not arrange photography, an open home or guest check-in until your project schedule has been confirmed.
